De wijnen "Teli" en "Mukuzani" winnen een zilveren medaille op "le Challenge International du Vin" 2006

The Challenge International du Vin is the biggest French international wines competition and one of the most famous wine event in the world thanks to numerous assets. The competition was awarded approval by the European Community in 1986 and is governed by the rules of the "International Code of Oenological Practices for Vines and Wines ".

It is almost 30 years in existence and represents France's very first international competition. Over 30 countries participate in this competition every year. Roughly 5,000 samples are tasted at each edition. Depending on the performance of the wines entered, the Challenge tasters award three medals: gold, silver and bronze. The wines of PLC Teliani Valley "Teli"- white dry wine and "Mukuzani"- red wine were awarded silver medals.



International Wine and Spirit Competition in UK
On July 20, 2006 our wines “Teli” and “Mukuzani” received bronze medals at The International Wine and Spirit Competition in UK. This competition was founded in 1969 and is the premier competition of its kind in the world. Its aim is to promote the quality and excellence of the world’s best wines, spirits and liqueurs. The competition consists of two-stage judging process of professional blind tasting and detailed technical (chemical and microbiological) analysis that takes place at The Competition’s headquarters in Surrey, UK. In 2006 The Competition received approximately 5,000 entries from over 50 countries. Only the best wines were awarded medals, including the wines of Teliani Valley.



9th International Professional Wine Competition, Moscow

On November 14-17, 2005, Moscow hosted the 9th International Professional Wine Competition, where the wines of Teliani Valley: Teliani, Mukuzani, Saperavi, Kindzmarauli and Tsinandali won 4 gold and 1 silver medals.
320 different designations of wine from France, Spain, Chile, New Zealand, Argentina, Georgia and other wine producing countries participated in this contest.
These deserved awards are the honorable continuation of that collection of prizes, which the company received at multiple competitions and exhibitions.
